Snorkel UK, the direct sales and service operation for Snorkel lifts in the United Kingdom & Ireland is pleased to announce four further appointments to the team.
Following the appointment of Linda Betts in May, Snorkel UK is further expanding their UK sales team with two new regional sales managers, plus a sales coordinator.
In the North East & Scotland, Alistair Jordan will be responsible for developing Snorkel sales, as well as a used equipment program. Alistair has a significant background in the UK access industry, having managed a rental company and sold capitol equipment for many years. Alistair left Rapid Platforms in 2014, and is pleased to be returning to a sales role within the industry.
Joseph Whitton has been appointed Sales Manager for the Yorkshire-Humberside region. Joseph joined Snorkel Europe in 2015 as a graduate working within the EMEA Customer Services team. Joseph has a strong understanding of the Snorkel business and product line and a customer focus that will transfer easily into this new role.
To support the expanded field sales team, Snorkel UK has appointed Lisa Killala as Sales Coordinator. Lisa is based at Snorkel UK’s headquarters in Washington, Tyne & Wear, and is primarily responsible for assisting the UK sales team to deliver a high level of customer service. This will include taking inbound customer calls, preparing quotations, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, maintaining the customer database and records, and supporting the overall sales effort. Lisa reports directly to Andrew Fishburn, Divisional Managing Director of Snorkel UK. She holds a BA (Hons) Business Management degree, and has held previous customer service roles within the oil and gas industry.

Alistair and Lisa joined the existing Snorkel UK team at Vertikal Days 2016. Joseph will officially begin his new role with Snorkel UK at the end of June.
