Keith Ortega has been Snorkel employee for 8 years. In that time, he has assumed several roles, including assembly and product support, and has been in service since October 2018. Having hands-on experience in assembling Snorkel scissor lifts and boom lifts has helped Keith gain a better understanding of the equipment for providing customer service.
From Elwood, Kansas, USA, Keith supports customers and field service technicians globally. Service calls range widely from machine schematics to basic operation for lifts of all ages.
What makes Snorkel unique?
It is Snorkel’s willingness to help any and all customers. We help every type of customer – from those who have just one of our machines for use on their farm to larger dealers with a fleet of our machines, we are always willing to help no matter who you are.
How does Snorkel elevate the work at height industry?
Snorkel’s willingness to never stop improving and to never get complacent. We continue to improve our machines and create new machines as we go along. Since I’ve been here, we’ve made significant changes to our current software programs to improve our machines as well introduce quite a few new models. And then our service department, from my own experience and feedback from customers, is second to none. I believe this is what sets our department and company apart from all the rest.
