Since joining Snorkel in 2014, Doug Burks provides technical support for customers and field service technicians to service Snorkel lifts. Doug has 23 years of experience in manufacturing and machining, specializing in final assembly. His familiarity with electrical and hydraulic components, reading engineering drawings, and schematics have helped him in his role.
“I’m proud to be involved in the customer service department. After being in the manufacturing side for so long, it is a nice great change to expand and learn a new area of the manufacturing business,” said Doug.
