As the field product support representative for Southeastern U.S. and Eastern Caribbean regions, Mike Koon has been providing technical support to Snorkel customers since 2006. His overall responsibilities include customer service, education, inspection, and technical service.
Bringing more than 40 years of experience to the role, Mike assists with equipment repairs and delivers equipment training. Acting as a communicator between customer and manufacturer, he also researches and reports issues to help improve product design and engineering.
