What are your core responsibilities?
I have been trusted with many responsibilities. I do the research and create our parts manuals and keep track of the changes made to them. I also upload documents to our manual database (Documoto). I also create all the logins to Snorkel and Xtreme Documoto.
What regions do you support in your role?
We support all Snorkel, Xtreme and Ahern machines using Documoto. All the documentation has been added and can be found using a set of credentials provided by me.
How does your role support customers?
Because I make all the parts manuals for Snorkel and Xtreme, my role isn’t customer facing, but I am supporting our entire organization with all the need-to-know information.
In a nutshell, we make finding the parts you are looking for easier. The old website was so confusing. There wasn’t much organization to it and finding documents was too time-consuming. Now everything is just a few clicks away.
In your opinion, what does Snorkel do differently from competitors to elevate the work at height industry?
We aren’t out here copying what our competitors are doing; we are setting the standard and our competitors are copying us. Look at our history here at Snorkel, then look at our future. Height isn’t just about going higher, it’s also about company growth.
Snorkel never gives up. Look at our history and you’ll see that we’ve had some tough times and they only made us stronger. We have an amazing customer support system and are always looking to improve the customer’s experience. The future is bright for the Snorkel, Xtreme and Ahern team.
