Washington, Tyne & Wear, U.K. (22nd March 2018) On Thursday 15th March, Snorkel UK welcomed the Access Alliance to Snorkel’s U.K. manufacturing facility, Vigo Centre, in Washington, Tyne & Wear.
As the host of the Access Alliance Winter Meeting, Snorkel UK provided conference facilities for the group at the Hilton Gateshead Quays, as well as providing a manufacturing facility tour.
Commencing at 9:30am, the tour was led by John Gill, President of the Snorkel’s Vigo Centre, and Andrew Fishburn, Managing Director of Snorkel UK, who showcased lean manufacturing techniques in use at the factory, as well as the industry-leading dual-coat powder paint facility.
After the tour and the Access Alliance Winter Meeting, that was held in private, Snorkel UK hosted a dinner at River Beat restaurant on Gateshead Quayside.
