Coventry, U.K. (7th February 2018) Snorkel UK is showcasing three models from Snorkel’s line of low-level scissor lifts at the Executive Hire Show that opens today, including the Snorkel S3010P, S3010E and S3215E.
Over the past several months, Snorkel UK has been displaying its S3010P mini scissor lift at the Executive Hire Roadshows across the United Kingdom, and this week it will be shown at the Executive Hire Show 2018. The Snorkel S3010P is a push-around mini scissor lift that can pass through a single doorway and is fitted with non-marking casters for easy movement. Offering a working height of up to 5.0m, the Snorkel S3010P weighs in at just 370kg and can lift up to 195kg. Available in three heights, the S3006P, S3008P, and S3010P are simple, low-level lifts that can be pushed between jobs, offering an alternative to traditional low level solutions, such as ladders, scaffolding towers, and podiums.
Built small yet mighty, the self-propelled Snorkel S3010E mini electric scissor lift delivers a working height of 5.0m and a lift capacity of up to 227kg, creating the perfect solution for internal facilities maintenance in large buildings. Compact dimensions, a zero inside turning radius and ‘point & go’ joystick controls make it ideal for working in tight spaces, and it is light enough to be carried in elevators, weighing just 495kg.
Electric slab scissor lifts, such as the Snorkel S3215E, can also be driven through a standard doorway, but have the flexibility to be used outdoors by one person. Designed to deliver low total ownership costs, the Snorkel S3215E provides a working height of 6.6m, but can lift up to 272kg and is packed with features that benefit both the owner and operator, including a fixed upper control box with integrated power outlet, proportional controls including descent, a single wheel nut, and ‘inside-out’ twin-door component trays that provide quick and easy access for servicing.
Snorkel UK will also display the Snorkel S2755RT narrow rough terrain scissor lift outdoors at the North entrance to the show. This innovative compact scissor lift delivers excellent 4 wheel drive performance to handle the toughest terrain, but is only 1.45m wide, meaning that it can be easily towed on a trailer between jobsites. With a maximum working height of 10.4m, a lift capacity of 300kg, a roll-out deck extension, and an overall weight of just 2,580kg, the S2755RT is the ultimate portable rough terrain aerial lift.
