Ahern Deutschland is pleased to announce that their valued customer, Dornseiff Arbeitsbühnen GmbH, was drawn as the winner of the Snorkel ML24C material lift prize draw at Bauma 2019.
As an Ahern Deutschland customer, Dornseiff Arbeitsbühnen already owns a number of Snorkel lifts, including several electric slab scissor lifts and rough terrain scissor lifts. The ML24C, which was delivered in May 2019 by Ahern Deutschland sales representative, Tommy Härtig, is the first Snorkel material lift to join their fleet.
Robust and reliable, Snorkel material lifts are built to handle the demands of the rental industry, as well as construction jobsites. The Snorkel ML24C weighs just 162kg yet can lift loads up to 295kg at a load center of 0.36m to heights of up to 7.4m. Featuring a dual-handle, shift-on-the-fly, two-speed winch for increased productivity when lifting loads, Snorkel material lifts are up to twice as fast as other material lifts on the market. A cable guard, and heavy-duty non-marking casters are fitted as standard. The lifts utilize heavy-gauge aluminium extrusions and construction-grade cast metal cable pulleys for a long-working life and maximum return on investment.
The business card prize draw to win the Snorkel ML24C took place on the Snorkel stand at Bauma 2019 in April, and was open for entries from Monday to Friday at the show. The draw took place during Snorkel’s final sundowner event of the week at 7pm on Friday 12th April, with Snorkel CEO, Matthew Elvin, drawing Mr. Thomas Höchst, General Manager of Dornseiff Arbeitsbühnen’s winning business card in front of customers and employees.
Upon learning that he had won the prize draw, Mr. Höchst, said, “I am delighted to have won the Snorkel ML24C, and would like to send my thanks to Snorkel. This is my first Snorkel material lift and, alongside our other Snorkel equipment, has been successfully deployed in our rental yard.”
