Parts Return

At Snorkel, we work hard to deliver the right parts at the right time. However, sometimes you might need to send a part back to us, whether it was ordered in error, no longer required for a repair, or you received the incorrect part from us.

We strive to keep it simple, and our parts return process is no different.  To return parts to Snorkel, simply complete the online request form below for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and follow the instructions provided to ship the parts back to Snorkel.

Please do not return any parts without Return Material Authorization by the warranty department. If requested, all shipments must be sent via commercial carriers such as UPS, DHL, or FedEx with the provided RMA number clearly visible on the packaging. Do not return parts via general mail.
