Dakotah Murphy has been with Snorkel since 2011 and works in Elwood, KS, as a product support manager. He performs daily operations for Snorkel product support in multiple areas such as warehouse, supply chain, service, parts, warranty and distribution.
How does your role support customers?
My role is to ensure premium product support across all of our customer base. This includes making sure we execute at the highest level to provide customer satisfaction. I find my job fulfilling and enjoy the daily challenges our team faces.
What aspects of customer service make Snorkel unique?
Snorkel gives our customers a level of support second to none. From top to bottom our team is all one call or email away and will go the extra mile to make sure customers’ requirements are met.
In your opinion, what does Snorkel do differently from competitors to elevate the work-at-height industry?
In my opinion, Snorkel gives our customers a level of flexibility and reliability that separates us from the rest of our industry. If that means a customer needs a specification on a piece of equipment, we have the right conversations to make sure we find the solutions the customer needs.
