As the parts manager for the UK and EMEA, Jimmy Waters oversees all spare parts activities from Snorkel’s European manufacturing facility in the U.K., and is responsible for spare parts performance in the territory. He has been with Snorkel for 15 years.
Jimmy is focused on exceeding customer expectations, and working with his team of spare part coordinators, ensures all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner. Jimmy takes responsibility for the management of the spare parts operation and ensures the department performance achieves the monthly KPI and Ship to Promise targets.
