As part of the Snorkel product support team since 2015, Jay Penwell has held multiple roles. He started as a warehouse technician before becoming the service planner in 2018.
As a service planner, he manages the parts inventory to ensure there are enough products on the shelf to assist customers and build kits, including all TSB and TCB’s. To build parts for customers on short notice, Jay may find creative ways to deliver the parts needed.
